Introduction

PURPOSE:To provide technical information to the applicator mechanics, laborers, supervisors and firm owners to prevent job call-backs due to complaints, future job problems and system failures.

This program is not intended to be negative. Rather, it is a realistic, educational program to encourage you to follow our recommended procedures and explain the long and short term results of improper application-even if you have not seen problems in the past.

PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS- Especially on terminology. Also on procedures you have used in the past which we are saying do not meet specifications and should not be used.

Procedures can be classified in two ways: correct and proper, or totally wrong and unacceptable. We hope to give you information in this seminar so that you will know why specific procedures are required as well as how to do them.

We will also discuss other practices which are specifically prohibited plus the results of these improper application techniques and other shortcuts.
